Great to get back to Crossfit Richardson (www.crossfitrichardson) and see John again. Always difficult programming this time of year with the open workouts going on. Good WOD tonight that I hope does not make me too sore for WOD 12.4 on Thursday.

I started CrossFit in Oroville, CA in 2008. Since then, I have gotten my family and friends started. In January 2014, with some awesome partners, we opened Oroville Crossfit. Crossfit has made such an impact on our lives, it was time to share with our community. My career requires that I travel alot. I try to take advantage of the travel to visit as many CFs as I can. So far I have visited over 70 boxes. I started this blog to share a little about each box I am fortunate enough to visit.
