Memorial Day Chipper. Hard to beat a workout and Barbeque with some of your best Friends. A group of us put together a workout and worked our way through to completion. I started CrossFit in Oroville, CA in 2008. Since then, I have gotten my family and friends started. In January 2014, with some awesome partners, we opened Oroville Crossfit. Crossfit has made such an impact on our lives, it was time to share with our community. My career requires that I travel alot. I try to take advantage of the travel to visit as many CFs as I can. So far I have visited over 70 boxes. I started this blog to share a little about each box I am fortunate enough to visit.
